Simmons Bedding Company - SIMMONS WARRANTY IS BAD!
I had purchased a Simons beautyrest 4 years ago and it is no longer usable. My neck and back started hurting then I went to the Chiropractor and I soon figured out that my bead was sagging because the springs were faulty.
I called simmons and they sent out an inspector. He took some measurements and pictures to forward on to Simmons. He told me that with no weight it was sagging over an inch and they should honor the warranty. They email me and told and explained that this was normal wear and that I have no claim.
I lost $800. Id like to know how a bed that is no longer usable after 4 years is considered normal wear.
Reason of review: Warranty issue.
Monetary Loss: $840.
