I purchased the mattress about 3 years ago from Dillard's. They longer sell the product and asked me to file a complaint directly with simmon. They refused my claim that the spring board is bent, which of course, we never touched it. I mentioned that to them and they come up with another excuse that there is a stain on the mattress and the warranty is null and void. They would not respond to me anymore. I have made several attempts to resolve the issue but in vain. I certainly would like to find out if there is way and where can i file a complaint against then in the court of law.

I tried to file a claim on our Simmons Beautyrest Pillow top mattress but the process was made impossible by the claim process due to unrealistic demands. I have been told that even if we were able to comply by all demands that the process would still cost us more money in shipping and handling that it would not be worth our trouble. The pillow top memory foam with get failed and the mattress has deep indentations. It is a clear and simple problem but the photos that are required need for us to hire someone to take apart our king size bed to show the bed frame. Simmons even did not like the photos of my plastic ruler used to show the depth of the indentations. Forget getting any results from any claim.

I have exchanged the first mattress bought at Simmons. Bought one too firm.. I have back problems and this was too firm.. No problems in getting this taken care of. However, picked out another one. This was softer and was one with the 10 foam layers.. When the mattress came in, it looked different. I called them and they noticed it and said they had changed the cover and upgraded the mattress. Well to say, it was not the same mattress.. This one is as bad as the other.. Firm and after sleeping half the night on my side, it feels like sleeping on a rock.. Now the dealer said you will have to sleep on it for awhile for it to break in. Talked to them and they said sorry, that is what you ordered.. It is not what I ordered.. I ordered one with more foam. The one turned back in was much like this one.. I promise I will never buy another Simmons again, nor will I recommend this store to anyone in this area. I have been in sales and sales mgt. for over 35 years and one thing you want to do is make sure your customer is satisfied.

Simmons Bedding Company in Cape Coral, Florida - Unacceptable Purchase

I bought a Simmons BeautyRest Recharge WorldClass mattress on January 31, 2014. Now on June 29, 2014 I am waiting for a store rep to come out and look at the defective mattress. It is an inferior product that I am sure Simmons is quite aware of. I am reading the Simmons website that states they have been standing behind their products for 140 years. Well, that means I have nothing to worry about how my mattress of 6 months is sagging with 2 craters on the sides and a huge ridge going down the middle? Right? How can this product last 10 to 25 years if it can not last 6 months?

I am having the same problem.

I was sent a claim form from the furniture store I purchased it from, but they want me to take photos of the depressions and wrinkling on the top of the bed. I have a feeling, I'm not going to get anywhere with this.

I am also taking Beauty rest to court because after 2 years my pillowtop is falling apart on the sides and they will not replace or fix. I will never purchase another Beauty rest.
