BOUGHT SIMMONS MATTRESS FROM HSN COMPLAINED TO THEM,AFTER 30 DAYS THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY SALES.NOTIFIED SIMMONS ,CAME OUT REVIEW DAMAGE REPLACED MATTESS,5 MONTHS LATER MATTRESS STARTED TO SAG,PUFF UP ,SENT SERVICE TECH AGAIN,WAITED FOR RESPONCE, THEY SAID THE MATTRESS WAS PERFORMING NATURALY AND IF I WANTED TO MAKE A ANOTHER CLAIM IN 90 DAYS.I RESPONDED THAT THEY REPLACED THE FIRST ONE BECAUSE OF THIS PROBLEM AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING NO RFEPLACEMENT BECAUSE IT PERFORMING NATURALLY.PLEASE HELP I AM AN 84 YR OLD WIDOW WHO HAS HAD NOTHING BUT BACK ACHES AND SLEEPNESS NIGHTS WAKING UP HUMPED OVER BECAUSE OF THIS MATTRESS,I CAN NOT GO ON SLEEPING ON THIS AND CANNOT AFFORD TO BUY ANOTHER ONE.J
