I bought the exact same recliner + sofa that recline on both ends from Sam's. After the third year I noticed that it started to peel.

To this day it's a mess. My couch is a disaster. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SIMMONS BRANDED COMPANY AGAIN. PURE TRASH...

Waste of money!!! Buyer beware!!!!

Simmons Bedding Company in Baltimore, Maryland - Simmons Beautyrest holes and caving in middle. 4 year old mattress 10 year warranty

I purchased a Simmons Beautyrest Classic in 2008 and on about 2012, 4 years later I've been suffering with neck, shoulder and lower back pain because of the sink hole and the mattress caves in in the middle. Keep in mind that I'm 111 lbs. I've tried purchasing a topper, put foam in between the mattress and box spring to push the sink hole up and nothing works. I contacted Sleepys and now Bed Check is coming out to inspect. I hope Simmons stands by their 10 year warranty as this mattress was only good for 4 years and I am a single mother and can't afford to replace this mattress.

Seems Simmons Beautyrest Black at $2500.00 seems to be majorly defective. With companies not doing anything for unhappy customers it might be time for a class action suit. Both my sonand my daughter in law purchased one and so did I. I am researching this now. Respond to my comment and we should move forward with lawsuit. Spending 2500.00 on a mattress and having a huge dip that couples argue about who sleeps on the bad spot, thus that person gets a bad nights sleep is terrible!. Then sending someone out that most likely purposely states the dip does not fall into category of warranting replacement is wrong too. Shame on Simmons! It's not Beautyrest, it's more like Sleepless Misery!

Agreed!!! I bought your same one fr Slumberland im Lincoln Ne.

I was appalled. 1) it wasn't what i tried at the store. 2) the minute i (weighing in at 105lbs)laid down it sunk in the middle. When i sat on the edge to puty shoes on it caves in on the sides.

Its NOT memory foam mattress either. It felt like a $20 piece of cushy foam. Absolute junk. And trying to return it was a nightmare.

their sales manager told me that you should never sit upright on a mattress to try it out because "you only lay down on your mattress". What the ***. I wont even comment on that one. When i brought it back to the store the warehouse guy literally folded it in half and put in the dumpster.

It tooke writing the store owner to get a refund. So sad.

I sent my TRUENERGY BYRRANA King back because it had a rip in the seam, only for them to bring a new one out with a bigger seam rip, completely dirty on 3 of the 4 sides, and lumpy all over. You can set your heal down anywhere and the indentation stays.

I agree - Simmons is the worse!

Waiting and hoping the 3rd one they bring out next Wednesday is better. (bought at Mattress 1 in Orlando Florida)

This happened to me. Jordan's Furniture did not do anything.

It was my second BeautyRest Black and apparently 7/8 inches was insufficient so we are stuck with the mattress.

We are going to dispose of it because alternating for a good night sleep is exhausting us (only one side is not defective). It is a shame that Simmons and its retailers are not owning their product.

My Simmons Beauturest Crestview size queen is less than 2 years old and has a huge sag in the middle of the mattress. It's comical at how large this sagging is! But I'm not laughing at wasting $810. It is ridiculous how they void the warranty if you have one small stain! I will never buy Simmons again!

Customer service does not care about customers or their reputation. said that my box spring was sagging, after telling them I didn't have a box spring, but a solid wood with seven slats plus 5 floor braces and it was impossible for it to sag ( foundation for king water bed, if that holds then their mattress should hold). They sent pics. that they took and it was a hair below "0", they said 1/8 of inch ( which didn't look like it). So they said voided warranty, Bull----. they are so full of *** they will do anything to not honor warranty. I CAN'T BELIEVE that they are still in business. I will contact BBB and tell Facebook (which thousands of people read), about their practice to swindle people out of thousands of dollars( my mattress was $1500.00) PEOPLE BEWARE AND READ REVIEWS ON SIMMONS before purchasing their mattresses

I have this mattress and it has failed twice in less than one year. We are waiting on the third mattress to be delivered now.

Deep body impressions on each side.

The warranty process is easy, however something needs to be done about the product continuously failing. Very frustrating and our backs are feeling horrible.

We purchased this Simmons King Size "World Class" (laughable) mattress about 1 1/2 years ago. Ours is the Orange River Mdl M27123.60.7436 mfg on 11/9/09. With out a doubt, this is the WORST mattress we have ever slept on. Where I use to dread staying in a Hotel and sleeping in those beds, now I look forward to a good night sleep, something my wife and I have not had for at least a year. If it didn't cost so much, I would have taken it to the landfill months ago. Warranty? Waste of time! We would never buy a Simmons matress again....NEVER!

We also have a Simmons Orange river model mattress, model # mdl M27123.60.7436 We purchase this matress brand new from a very high end retailer in our local area in 2009, we paid A LOT for this matress thinking its well worth the investment and that we would be getting a wonderful nights sleep for many years to come. WRONG!

All I can say is about 2 months after purchasing the mattress my husband who is an average size man 6'0 and 200 lbs not heavy by any means his side of the mattress started to "dip" and by dip I mean my side of the bed is normal his side of bed is a giant hole dipping in where he sleeps its approx a foot dip in mattress, we were of course pissed, we spent a ton of money on this mattress thinking you get what you pay for in this case it would be good quality and hold up well, oh, no. So I call the retailer whom we purchased mattress from trying to get Simmons phone number to get this awful mattress at least replaced under warranty and I'm told that I cannot contact Simmons directly myself, if there is a "problem" with the mattress they will send a rep from their store to our home to "measure" and assess the dip in the mattress but even then the mattresses are very rarely replaced and it would have to be deemed a manufacturing problem to be replaced. Obviously now they will find any excuse possible to NOT deem this as a manufacturing problem so they don't have to replace it...replaced it...what can I say? I told the store rep forget it I guess I were stuck with it as nobody would help us to get it replaced under their so called lifetime warranty!!!!

Yeah, right so they can deny every warranty claim that comes their way. Yeah well here it is now 4 years later and we still have this mattress from *** and every night my husband and I both get sucked into the "black hole" in this mattress only thing that's changed is the dip continues to get bigger and bigger with each passing year.

Well, until we can afford to shell out another few grand on a new mattress I guess we will continue to get sucked in the hole from *** every night. We would NEVER purchase another Simmons mattress not only because of the problems with this horrid mattress but because they don't stand behind their warranty, they won't replace anything unless its a manufacturing defect, well I would like to know how many mattress they have replaced in their lifetime due to "manufacturing defects"

My husband and I are both having back problems, this Simmons Beautyrest has holes. I thought we were getting a great bed because of the name, well you don't always get what you pay for. We are know looking for another bed. I think we might go back to the old fashioned water bed because you cannot find quality mattresses anymore, aterbeds you can adjust the water anyway. We slept on a temperpedic and it was a few years old and had holes in it, so where do you go to get a good mattress. If anyone knows please respond

I agree with Jack, there might be a mouse. You wouldn't have that problem with good old-fashioned waterbeds, though. Sounds like a good idea.
