Do not purchase Simons furniture especially from Big Lots, I purchased a 4 pc set and 3 out of the 4 pieces are broken I’ve only had them a year I also have a 3 year warranty on all pieces but so far after 2 weeks of making a claim I’ve recieved no calls emails etc to fix my furniture. Mattress and box spring are sagging and squeaking even with and 800 dollar sleigh bed frame! Very dissapointed in in the simmons product!

Simmons Bedding Company - The side of my bed sunk in the first year. They claim it's broken border wires. I don't feel any wires no where on the frame. They say it's from sitting on the bed. That's not true.
Within the first year. I contacted mattress firm who since purchased sleep train whom i purchased it from. They sent out an inspector andThey say its not covered by my warranty. I paid a lot of money to be unhappy. I will not let this rest until my mattress is replaced. Mattress firm referred me to Simmons. They said its mattress firms responsibility. I will be discussing this with my lawyer
